Although shopping for a bike online may be stressful, at NorthEBike we always put out customers first and try to give you as much support as possible. The NorthEBike warranty is for 1 year and it covers all the electrical portion of the bike. If anything goes wrong with an electrical part, we will send you a new one. If you need any assistance with a mechanical component of the bike, we ask that you visit your local bike shop for the service. NorthEBike does not cover the parts or the adjustments.
