Warranty

Although shopping for a bike online may be stressful, at NorthEBike we always put out customers first and try to give you as much support as possible. The NorthEBike warranty is for 1 year and it covers all the electrical portion of NORTHEBIKE products. These products are only on our ebike page (https://northebike.com/ebike-northebike/). If anything goes wrong with an electrical part, we will send you a new one. If you need any assistance with a mechanical component of the bike, we ask that you visit your local bike shop for the service. NorthEBike does not cover the parts or the adjustments.  Bike is no longer covered by warranty if the bike has been worked on by a third party service/repair shop. 



All other pages of products which include products from other manufacturers, are not covered under the NORTHEBIKE warranty. This includes, kick scooters, mobility scooters and mopeds. These products, although sold by NORTHEBIKE, will follow the warranty of their own manufacturer. Diagnostic and replacement of any faulty parts will not be covered by NORTHEBIKE.
